The School Curriculum and Standards Authority (the Authority) is collecting personal information via this registration form for the purpose of providing training for the National Assessment Program – Literacy and Numeracy (NAPLAN) tests.

The collection of your personal information enables the Authority to provide training and certificates of completion for NAPLAN training courses. Your collected personal information will not be disclosed to third parties.

If the Authority wishes to disclose the collected personal information for purposes other than those stated, your consent will be requested unless the disclosure is permitted under or by law.

The collection of this personal information is authorised under the provisions of the School Curriculum and Standards Authority Act 1997.

If you choose not to provide this personal information, the Authority will not be able to provide NAPLAN training courses for you.
