To assist with WACE implementation processes the Authority requires information about what schools are offering in terms of VET earlier in the year than the current enrolment collection period.

VET offerings will be reported to the Authority via a VET Qualification Estimates upload file by the end of Term 1 each year. Schools are not required to update the ESQUAL file after the deadline if their VET offerings change, the processes is merely intended to provide a ‘snapshot’ of intended activity. The ESQUAL file format is the same as the results qualification file (RSQUAL) format with the inclusion of another field which requires schools to indicate the delivery arrangement under which each VET qualification will be delivered (E.g. auspice, profile, SBA etc.)
