Many of you have been working through the process of assisting your students who are undertaking VET to obtain a USI. The Authority has been alerted to many of the issues this process has created and to assist have been in close communication with the WA Department of Training and Workforce Development and the national USI office to ensure that these issues can be rectified.

Please continue to communicate any issues through the Department of Training and Workforce Development at: usi@dtwd.wa.gov.au, where your query will either be directly addressed or, be followed up by the Department with national USI office.
